Anybody know when the digital NBA2K19 Anniversary edition goes live?? Is it 9pm or 12am, because physical copies at gamestop are given out at 9pm???

They refunded my 2k19 the $100 edition

If they refunded you, you should be able to just re-purchase the game.

That version of the game is set to release on the 7th of September: Buy NBA 2K19 20th Anniversary Edition - Microsoft Store

Availability of the title can vary based on when the store is updated, so there isn't a way to really nail down when it will go live, particularly any multiplayer features.
