Nba 2k18 pre order

You guys have the release date listed incorrectly for nba 2k18 which is causing me to miss a punch in my pre order punch card. Is listed on the rewards site as the 15th but it was released on the 19th. I Preordered it on the 16th.

NBA 2K18 Pre-order bonuses are not sent out, and are automatically unlocked in the digital versions of the game. For a list of content you should expect to receive, please visit

2K's Pre-order bonus page. Be sure to also check NBA 2K18's 'Ready to install' within the game's 'Manage game' screen just in case there are other items that need to be downloaded. Keep in mind that you must log-in to the game once a week to receive the
weekly MyTeam packs.

Where did you order the game from? I would suggest reaching out to the retailer you purchased the game from to inquire further. If you purchased the disc version from the Microsoft Store, you would need to reach out to Microsoft Store support so they can
take a look for you.

Lastly, if you pre-ordered the digital version, you would not receive any physical items. You can find this information and more on
