    NBA 2K18 legend edition - unable to redeem SHAQ apparel


    Hi!

    I've just purchased the NBA 2K18 Legend Edition. I have successfully entered the redeem code and can access the 100,000 VC and 20 x Weekly MyTeam Packs, but for some reason I cannot see or access Shaq's apparel (Jerseys, shoes, championship ring etc) - example
    via MyCareer when I am in the neighbourhood and I go into my Closet, I can't see the apparel anywhere.

    I've tried putting in the code again and I receive an "Already Redeemed" message.

    Can someone please help! Thanks.

    NBA 2K18 Preorder

    I preordered my NBA 2K18 - Legend Edition and got all the digital items as promised. However, here we are in December and have yet to receive my Shaq (in Lakers uniform) poster. What goes!?

    On a side note, does anyone know how I can score the NBA 2K12 Magic Poster?

    I'm the same! I purchased NBA 2K20 Legend Edition game (with disc). I've redeemed the code in Microsoft, and I can see NBA 2K20 Legend Edition Bonus in my Order History as redeemd, but cant find it on the XboX

    According to the
    NBA 2K17 Legend Edition Gold Pre-Order page     on the Microsoft Store, you can find your NBA 2K16 items by doing the following:

    35,000 VC can be instantly redeemed in NBA 2K16 by searching for "NBA 2K16" on the Xbox Store and downloading the "35,000 VC for NBA 2K16 (PreOrder Incentive)"

    Yeah and neither could shaq (howard has made mid range shots) but shaq is still regarded as one of the best Center in Nba history

    NBA 2K18 Pre-order bonuses are not sent out, and are automatically unlocked in the digital versions of the game. For a list of content you should expect to receive, please visit

    2K's Pre-order bonus page    . Be sure to also check NBA 2K18's 'Ready to install' within the game's 'Manage game' screen just in case there are other items that need to be downloaded. Keep in mind that you must log-in to the game once a week to receive the
    weekly MyTeam packs.
