    NBA 2K18 keeps failling


    Just purchased the new NBA 2K18 from the Microsoft store on my X-Box One. When I launch it, no problems starting but then once it reaches the screen to create MyPlayer account it freezes for about a minute, then it quits every time. How can I solve this
    problem? I've tried completely rebooting the console. I've thought about uninstalling and reinstalling the game, is there any other options I can try?

    NBA 2K18 not downloading

    I am trying to download the NBA 2K18. We just baught it.After two days of trying it keeps freezing at 1% completed. It prompts me to update and when I say update it freezes again. Is it the game, the console, or something else?

    NBA 2k18,2k14,Nascar Heat 2 etc aren’t downloading

    nba 2k18 worked with the offline download but nba 2k14 didn’t and the same with nascar heat 2 and no i cant install them on another console
