NBA 2k18 crashes when pressing home button during game

Pressing the home button during a game on MyCareer in NBA 2k18 has caused my game to crash on the pause menu. The background is still moving but I can’t resume the game or select any options. I had the same issue with 2k17 but I didn’t expect it to carry
over. Has anybody had this issue or have any idea on how to fix it? There’s 2 minutes left of my game and I don’t particularly want to lose all the progress

Black Screen When pressing Xbox Button

Same here when pressing home button while in the lego marvel game - seems to happen more often if it is during a cut scene rather than normal game play. Also, unplugging and restarting seems to get it working again

 

Help! How to remove a game from my Xbox one

Help, I don't know how to remove a game. Last month I bought Gold member for one month, and during the period I picked a game to download but I didn't finish the installation.

Now my Gold membership expires, but I can not remove the game from the download list. It sounds no big deal, but my NBA 2k18 needs update, and unless I cancel the download of the game I can not update the NBA 2k18. I have tried to remove the game but
not working. It is still in the queue.

Anybody can help? /___\
