NBA 2K17 or WWE 2K17

I was hacked a month and 3 weeks ago I received all my games back except for Black Ops 3 but ever since this new program update I have not been able to play NBA 2K17 or WWE 2K17 every person that I talked to was not able to help me or they just put me on
hold for 2 hours who is the solution I asked to talk to their supervisors and they said they will say the same thing I know they are trying to come up with new ideas but these new ideas is making a bit more difficult I've been with Xbox for 5 years going on
6 I left PlayStation because I thought Xbox will be better placed out and I love the feel of the controller still this day they keep giving me this number to call 2K because it's a third party game but that's the wrong number I've had security codes come to
my my phone I called and asked why and they said it was probably a mistake you cannot make a mistake 6 times in 3 hours I asked them what somebody tampered with my Xbox they said no I asked to speak to a supervisor she said they was going to say the same thing
and I was placed on hold for 2 hours said I got hung up on I have been dealing with Xbox 4 this month and three weeks with no results for nothing my video gaming may be over after this I think this is what they trying to tell me to the person I just got done
talking to Jeremy thanks for helping me out Xbox to have cool people that working for them and know what they're talking about but they have a lot that don't have no idea about gaming and you will tell them what's going on and they just type it in a little
box & Start reading to you over and over about the same thing that you already heard and that did not help ever since this ordeal I lost Black Ops 3 I went to Black Friday to get Black Ops 3 WWE 2K17 add NBA 2K17 back just so I can play what they took away
thank you and make it so bad I can't even play where I left off because it's disc copies not digital and they are not compatible it's like buying three different games but. are the same title you can't win for losing I want to see who gets this letter and
try to help me with this problem I feel sorry for this person that have to read this I've been calm throughout this whole deal the great thing about this ordeal I get to meet people that work with Xbox that are gamers I love having this opportunity to tell
Xbox what's been going on with me but I feel like this is hinting I need to be in an out front that's all I have to say and thank you
