NBA 2K17 on XBox One

Discus and support NBA 2K17 on XBox One in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Why when I'm playing either My Career or MyPark on NBA 2K17 I lag out to Xbox main menu screen??     NBA 2K17 on XBox One


    Why when I'm playing either My Career or MyPark on NBA 2K17 I lag out to Xbox main menu screen?? I attempt to go back in to play it gives me a error code saying its taking too long to start and I cant play for about 2-3 days and miss out on fun. I can play
    any other game and it doesn't happen. I followed every instruction to fix the problem but its still happening, I'm about to give up on games cause this is a headache

    Hi there,

    it seems not to be possible like stated on the FAQ on the games website. This is the statement:

    I have both the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions of NBA 2K17. Can I move my Virtual Currency between these versions? How about between Xbox 360 and Xbox One?

    • No. Players' Virtual Currency (VC) balances cannot be transferred between any version of NBA 2K17, including across console generations.

    Microsoft is saying I'm playing "NBA 2K17" when I've never even owned a 2K game in my life.

    I have had the same exact problem, my guess is that Watch Dogs 2 uses a file that NBA 2k17 also uses and XCC detects it as NBA 2k17.

    NBA 2K17 Legend Edition Gold Pre-Order page     on the Microsoft Store, you can find your NBA 2K16 items by doing the following:

    35,000 VC can be instantly redeemed in NBA 2K16 by searching for "NBA 2K16" on the Xbox Store and downloading the "35,000 VC for NBA 2K16 (PreOrder Incentive)"
