    NBA 2K17 MyPark "feature unavailable. . .required account privileges"


    When trying to play in my park and my court an the error message "This feature is unavailable. You do not have the required account privileges" keeps popping up. I have already made sure that the the connection settings are "everyone" and "allow", have
    checked that only 1 GOLD live account was on (we only have 1), checked that our "multi-player" connection was good. What is our next step? This game was much too expensive not to be able to have access to every feature.

    this message, "This feature is unavailable. You do not have the required account privileges." Keeps showing up as I try to access Mypark on NBA 2k17. Not just for my account, , also for the other accounts on the system.

    I've adjusted my privacy settings with a representative and that did not resolve the situation. Don't know if it's 2k itself or one of the Xbox accounts. Need help

    I can't play NBA 2k17 online MyTeam

    On NBA 2k17, online Play Now works, but anything else online like MyTeam or MyPark won't work. It comes up with this message saying "This feature is unavailable you do not have the required account privileges" I watched some videos on how and it told me
    to enforcement.xbox.com. It said I had a perfect record so now I don't know what to do.

    I have tried signing in on the NBA 2k website (via Xbox) using either adult or child account

    "Sorry, we did not recognize your account in our system"
