NBA 2k17 freezes on team logo screen

When starting game, freezes on the team logo screen and never advances past that screen. I've rebooted, etc to no avail. Do I delete and reload? Not sure what to do. The game is 2k17 not 16. Just got it for Christmas and is has worked fine for over
2 weeks. Thanks for the help.

Can't play online without getting kicked out the server or lobby.

I play NBA 2k17 & when I join a park, it freezes then gives me a error code and kicks me out.

nba 2k internet connection

recently bought the nba 2k17 kobe Bryant legend edition gold, after downloading nba 2k17 a while ago during play it free weekend. long story short, it wont let me connect to th e2k server when it comes on the menu screen. really want to know how to resolve
this issue. please respond as soon as possible, please and thank you!

Sorry to hear about the issue. Before you reinstall the full game, let's try a couple other things that aren't as time consuming. First, you say you've rebooted but have you

power cycled your Xbox One console yet? If not, start with that. If that doesn't work, the next thing you'll want to try is to

factory reset your console. I know that sounds drastic but there's an option that lets you keep your games and apps so be sure to choose that. If neither of those options work, reinstalling your game is the next thing to try.

Work through that and let us know how it goes!

I have had the same exact problem, my guess is that Watch Dogs 2 uses a file that NBA 2k17 also uses and XCC detects it as NBA 2k17.

I have the same issues. I've had quite a lot of trouble installing it and now that I try to go into the game, it freezes at the screen, right after it has shown the teams that's in the game, on the screen where it says 'NBA 2K15'... It's pretty annoying!
