    NBA 2k17 Download Disappearance


    My son downloaded NBA 2K17 a few days ago, and it was the first time we have done a direct download. Not only did it take over a day to download, it then mysteriously disappeared off his games this afternoon, so he has to re-download it all over again.
    My internet is fine, because if I download other files on my laptop of similar size, they would only take a couple of hours. Ii have no idea why the game vanished either. Looks like we will end up going and buying it on disc as well to avoid this crap happening
    again.

    Sorry to hear it. Is your son using an official Xbox hard drive or an external flash drive? If it's a flash drive then perhaps the drive is failing. Be sure to check all storage devices for the game as the only other way a game would disappear after download
    would be if it was deleted.

    Microsoft is saying I'm playing "NBA 2K17" when I've never even owned a 2K game in my life.

    I have had the same exact problem, my guess is that Watch Dogs 2 uses a file that NBA 2k17 also uses and XCC detects it as NBA 2k17.

    NBA 2K17 Legend Edition Gold Pre-Order page     on the Microsoft Store, you can find your NBA 2K16 items by doing the following:

    35,000 VC can be instantly redeemed in NBA 2K16 by searching for "NBA 2K16" on the Xbox Store and downloading the "35,000 VC for NBA 2K16 (PreOrder Incentive)"
