NBA 2k17 CORRUPTED FILE

I play myteam on NBA2k17 except I cannot access the game on my account. It says "user data corrupted" Other accounts work and my account works on other Xbox ones. When I get on the game it says it is syncing the data, but it still says the data is corrupted.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game and deleting my account off my Xbox and redownloading it and nothing works. Please help.

my NBA 2k17 my player was corrupted how do i get my player back or the money i spent on its VC

 

New to xbox one but have a file corrupted pop up

so I have been playing NBA 2k17 now for awhile offline because it's a pain to get internet here well I now all of a sudden have files corrupted will not allow me to do anything with the game. Do I need Internet to fix this problem new company just moved
in and it's getting installed next week

 

When you removed the game, did you remove the save file that is stored locally on the Xbox? If so, it sounds like the save file might actually be corrupted on the cloud server that is syncing with your profile. If that is the case, unfortunately you will
have to remove the save file from both the cloud server and your Xbox. This will however cause you to have to restart in your game.

How to remove both the cloud save and local save:

1. Go to you My Games & Apps

2. Find NBA2k17 and press the menu button and select manage game

3. Go to the save data, press the menu button witht he save data selected and hit Delete.

4. A window will pop-up asking if you want to delete everywhere or just from the console, select everywhere. This will remove all saved data from the cloud as well as the console.

Thanks for the help. I have just one more question. My saves will work on a different xbox. Is there anyway to transfer the data from the non-corrupted xbox to the other through usb or something like that?

 

What you can do is to sign in on the Xbox that has a file that is not corrupted and it should sync with the cloud when you start the game and exit, which should upload the save data from the local system back up to the cloud. From there you can get the save
file back on your home system again from the cloud, it should sync it automatically when you start up the game.

 

Hey guys, ive been through this again in 2k17. Thankful that there are ways around it. Im halfway though seeking if there's a way to create a backup file incase it happens again. I can see Playstation has a way to back up your account to there cloud but
not quite getting much info on the xbox side. Regardless, my question right now is, what are some of the causes of the file getting corrupted? Hoping that I can take precautionary steps in the meantime.

 

Im Having the exact same trouble trying to get to my user account.. "user data corrupted" is popping up on my screen! I have entered the error code at the status page..and nothing has happen ? please advise
