Nba 2k16 never gave me my VC

Discus and support Nba 2k16 never gave me my VC in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I keep getting a transaction cancelled message but my debit card and MS account have been charged.     Nba 2k16 never gave me my VC


    I keep getting a transaction cancelled message but my debit card and MS account have been charged. Ihave received no VC and spent well over $50. Please help

    Hey NinjaTacos22! The 35,000 VC can be instantly redeemed in NBA 2K16 by searching for "NBA 2K16" on the Xbox Store and downloading the "35,000 VC for NBA 2K16 (PreOrder Incentive). The other bonus items should unlock through the game although you may have

    commerce.microsoft.com     and verify that the transaction has completed under your transaction history. If it's showing as pending, the transaction hasn't quite completed and may be cancelled or refunded.

    If you see that the transaction has been settled, then the purchase has gone through and your next step would be to
    contact 2K about the in-game currency.
