NBA 2k16 My Career will not save offline

I have been playing NBA 2K16 My Career for 6 months offline. It will no longer load my player and will not save when I start over.

Xbox One Screenshots won't save.

Why can I not Save my Captures. I created a jersey on NBA 2k16 and want to save it for when I start my real career, but it just gives me an error. Please Fix!

Here's the error message:

Capture Not Saved

Sorry, the capture you selected was not saved. Please Try again.

Game progress missing

I have no internet at my house but I was playing NBA 2K16 and now my career is gone. Why is this?

Sorry you're having a hard time loading up a game save and making new ones. Are you having trouble with all of your games or just this one?

We need to isolate that so we know if the issue is the game or the Xbox itself. If you haven't given that a try yet, give it a shot and let me know. If it's something wrong with the X1 we can try a few things and see what we can salvage, otherwise if it's
the game you may need to contact 2K Games support.

NBA 2K17 Legend Edition Gold Pre-Order page on the Microsoft Store, you can find your NBA 2K16 items by doing the following:

35,000 VC can be instantly redeemed in NBA 2K16 by searching for "NBA 2K16" on the Xbox Store and downloading the "35,000 VC for NBA 2K16 (PreOrder Incentive)"
