    NBA 2K16 game add-on download failure


    Dear Sir,

    I bought the new game NBA 2K16, I enter the "Locker Code" on the Game Add-On Download card.

    It show wrong code. But I have checked very carefully many times that I type correctly.

    What can I do ???

    NBA 2K17 Legend Edition Gold Pre-Order page     on the Microsoft Store, you can find your NBA 2K16 items by doing the following:

    My nba 2k16 for the xbox one keeps getting on installion stop. I have unstailled it installed it again with the same results. I even disconnet the wireless sevicee reconnected and still installion keeps stopping.ITlike nba 2k16 ditigal doesnt want to download
