Q: Why is my installation taking so long?

A: NBA 2K15 is 7.73GB on the
Xbox 360. Depending on your internet speeds and how you are connected, the download could take a while.

Q: What is VC and how can I get it?

A: VC, or Virtual Currency, is 2K's version of Microsoft Currency, but in-game. You can earn VC by either completing objectives in various game modes or purchase with your Microsoft Account's payment options. If you purchase VC and it doesn't show up, or it's
not showing up in-game correctly, you will want to
reach out to 2K for assistance.

Q: What are Locker Codes?

A: These are codes that 2K provides that can only be redeemed in-game, similar to the Borderlands SHiFT codes. They will provide you various items depending on the code. If you have any issues with them, please
reach out to 2K for assistance.

Q: What bonuses do I get for pre-ordering?

A: If you pre-ordered the disc version for Xbox 360, it comes with a locker code for the Kevin Durant MVP pack which gives you 5,000 VC, the Kevin Durant MyTeam throwback card, 2 MyTeam packs, and Leg Sleeves for MyPlayer. This MVP pack is not available for
users that purchased the game digitally. Different regions will receive different pre-order bonuses for disc versions. Please visit

A: NBA 2K15 is 46GB on the
Xbox One. Depending on your internet speeds and how you are connected, the download could take a while. It should show that it's "ready to start" pretty quickly, which lets you access the demo mode. This will allow you to play the exhibition game of the
Heat vs. Spurs.

** We have seen some pre-order users report that they had to download the game a second time once the game was released on Xbox One. We are currently investigating why this happened.

Q: What is facial scanning?

A: This is one of the most anticipated features for NBA 2K15 on Xbox One! Facial scanning uses the Kinect to create custom players using your own face.
