NBA 2K15 Not Loading - Xbox One issue or game issue

I've recently been trying to play NBA 2k15 and when it starts loading, it stops at a screen where it just says NBA 2K15 across the screen. It looks like there's a small little logo down in the corner that looks like some kinda of gadget to show that the
game is loading but nothing loads. I've shut down my Xbox and waited a while and I've cleaned the game. Everything else about my Xbox seems to be working fine but the game did freeze on me a few days ago. Is this an Xbox issue or a game issue? I have had my
Xbox One for only about a month now so if it's an issue I'd really like to take care of it sooner, rather than later.

Any productive input is greatly appreciated.

Xbox one NBA 2K15 Gold Live

I have a Xbox one NBA 2K15 running with Gold Live member. Can my friend who has a Xbox 360 NBA 2K15 Gold Live member play with me online?

NBA download?

hey, do you know if the NBA 2K15 Promo Bundle on Xbox One contains the actual game with it? The NBA 2K15 by itself states an approx. 46gb download but the bundle does not say how large it is, so i am unsure if it contains the game also, thanks

I use to have the same issues it was my connection..when the game would take 5 mins to load i check my connection and saw how hight my latency was anything over 130 IMO is not good.... i upgraded my router and its been fine ever since its always no higher
than 98 latency. This game in particluar is way to sensative when it comes to an online connection compared to other games.

I had this issue i had to delete my gamertag then restart the system then re-add my gamertag and it worked.. Was about a 5-10 minute process

I had the same problem today. I tried everything but nothing seemed to fix it......until I deleted the local saved data. It won't delete anything from the cloud so once you restart the game it'll sync all your saved info. The Xbox one restarted and the game
fired right up. Hope this helps.
