    NBA 2K15 Introduces Face Scan Technology!

    ...and surprises absolutely no one. I find the name of the article quite laughable considering we've already been able to do this on the console with Kinect Sports Rivals and even before then on previous consoles with games like the Fight Night and Rainbow
    Six Vegas series'.

    What's your take on this?

    Now that Cloud is proven real, can we daydream a bit?

    All this technology and I can't even get a damn decent face scan in NBA 2K15....

    I'm very excited about this am I won't even get the game. It's excitement about developers using new ideas and saving me hours if trying to put my face or people's faces into games.

    I'd really like to see this adapted into all RPGs

    I'll add mapping a face is very different than taking pictures and wrapping those pictures to an avatar

    KSR made a cartoon version of you and the others before it were highly inaccurate. So this could be really cool if it actually works well.

    It is good for sure, I hope it is much better than EA Sports Gameface, because that trash somehow got worse and worse through the years.

    looks great. and i don't think they were speaking to it as if it were some new revelation in gaming but rather something new to the 2K franchise.

    It would have been great to have this feature in Sunset Overdrive! I'm glad they are using Kinect to add to the gaming experience, hopefully more companies will follow suit.
