NBA 2K14 XBOX ONE MyPlayer Store ISSUE

I go to Champs MyPlayer Store and every item is invisible. And when I go to The Park Mode everybody is wearing the default clothes too buy some people have headbands and different shoes on like if they can see and buy stuff but I cant. Like a display problem
for me.. CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN HOW TO FIX THIS FOR ME OR DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?

Having the exact same problem. I heard that you could fix it by watching the whole intro video through without skipping. I did that yesterday and it worked a few times, but today I've been watching it all the through and I've had no luck. It stinks because
I get into lobbies with people that are having the same problem. When the problem is occurring I can't play in a park game with friends. I have no clue on a fix. I emailed 2k support and you know how that goes. Let's just say I haven't gotten any help back.

 

Yeah man. So explain to me how to make it work like you said. Cause I try that sometimes and it doesnt work for me. It worked one time but never again. How long should I wait to do it and everything please explain

 

I am having the same issues as well. Thats even if I'm able to connect to the server. Most of the time i can't even do that. I haven't even seen nor know how I am able to put a headband on MyPlayer, a shooting sleeve, choose my shoes or anything. Overall
I am unhappy with what I've seen from this game so far

 

I got the game yesterday and Im having the same exact problem, I tried contacting 2k and they responded, but i didnt get to fix anything if any of you guys get this fixed, could you let me know so that I can fix it to?

 

same problem for me - can't join friends in the park (or h2h locker room) only see default clothing, with occasional accesories

 

My friend is having this exact issue as well. I have been trying to help him come up with solutions to the problem but nothing seems to work. We noticed that a online quick match is available but the rosters are not updated. This makes me think he never
got the last update or he is not connected to the 2k servers somehow. No resolution yet for us. We've tried unistalling the game among other options and nothing seems to work. WTF!!

 

Same thing is happening to me as of right now. Nothing seems to fix the problem.

I'm having the same problem and I'm unhappy about it.. i think they rushed the game so we get the BS part of the stick smh
