NBA 2k14 won't play playoff game

Discus and support NBA 2k14 won't play playoff game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i only play in gm mode regular season was working fine but everytime I try to load my first playoff game it shuts down game and kicks me to the console...     i only play in gm mode regular season was working fine but everytime I try to load my first playoff game it shuts down game and kicks me to the console main screen I've tried like 5 times now

    NBA 2k14 my career glitch

    No nba 2k14 forums so I guess i'll post here? Looks like the glitch from nba 2k13 is back for nba 2k14 with my career. I got selected for the rising starts and 3 point contest did the allstar weekend then all the games disappeared off my schedule adn it
    auto advanced me to the playoffs. I'm playing through the playoffs hopefully I can start season 2 with a schedule.

    how many times do i need to re install a game to play it?

    I never had to do that either nba 2k15 wouldn't let me play a playoff game no matter what I did though

    Game DVR doesn't work at all.

    This can't be the issue, the only games I play are Ghosts and NBA 2K14.

    Unless either of those two involve the same issue.
