NBA 2k14 "loading files" error

Has any had trouble trying to play NbA 2k14 on xbox one ? It was working about a month ago then all of a sudden I go to play my player and as soon as it says loading files it kicks me back to the home screen or it will say syncing data and kick me back!
Very annoying! I'm so frustrated because I payed like $600+ for the system, the games , and the controllers and I can't even play.. Anyone know how to fix this ? I've tried to delete files to see if that'll work but apparently you can't delete certain files
like you can on xbox 360.. This whole system has kinda been frustrating, annoying, inconvenient and damn right irritating. Not a happy customer Microsoft

Nba 2k14

Hello there, every time I load up nba 2k14 it how's Lebron and does the cut scene for the intro then it says " loading files" and it just kicks me to the dashboard. I've tried to uninstall it and reinstall it and it still does the same thing . My buddy
can get in just fine :___: Ps. I checked my disc and it's scratch free

They need something to distract from the fact that their first party launch lineup is a joke.

I'm buying a PS4 but not until Infamous comes out.

 

I also have the same problem, and it has lasted for 1 month.
