Nba 2k14 Error issue fixed solution

Everyone including myself has had issues with nba 2k15 and i found a real solution..... ive read almost every post an tried everything until this morning..... if u downloaded this game listen up cause this post is for u ppl the most... Turn off auto sign
in Go to settings Go to disc an blu ray Click persistant storage an clear it.. Go to network and disconnect your network.... Go to advanced settings and clear mac address...it will thn ask to restart the system... Sign in and play game..... i did a few other
things b4 this so if this dosent work lmk asappp .... i will help EVERYONE.... Please Comment and iwill reply

Mistakenly Downloaded a Game

I recently (1/29) downloaded nba 2k13 when I meant to download 2k14. Recognizing my error today I purchased nba 2k14. Is there any way to refund my 2k13 purchase. I know it was totally my mistake.

Still no luck..... I got the game to load but now all the games does is tell me I need to signed on to an account ...I sign in and out and still no change ...

 

Alright try to do a hard reset... hold the power button down til system turns off then unplug wire from behind the xbox until the light on the power supply shuts off... can take a few mins til that lightgoes out... then do the repeated steps... lmk what
happens

 

Disconnected Internet and did the first steps and it worked....my only concern is ..will it work when I reconnect the Internet....

 

Im trying to download it from the marketplace but it eventually says cant download nba 2k15 halp?
