    RESOLVED. To anyone finding this post, 2K sports stopped selling VC on NBA 2k13 on October 15th 2013, but didn't make it very well known or any good announcements about it. This is extremely unfortunate as my first attempt to download VC came on October
    16th 2013. ....Really? Thanks for the help.
