Nba 2k "you do not meet requirements to have a my player account"

It will not even give me the option to get go to through the verification process as I had an old account with an xbox 360. So I deleted the entire nba2k profile and started over again. I used my age and account information and it let me go through the
verification and is working now for my profile. Not sure yet if he can now use his profile or not.

I suggest if you know the players in formation submit a report to 2k about it. NBA 2K19 - NBA 2K PLAYER FAIRNESS POLICY

Mine is NBA 2K even though they have players do animations for no reason or come out of an animation.
