NBA 2K Unaccessible

Try to get into game, says it's preparing rosters and then goes back to Xbox home screen. Can't access the game at all! Anyone else having this, any solutions?

Hey there Arthur! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

To start off, I suggest giving the game a reinstall. To do that:

• Go to My Games and Apps.
• Hover over the game.
• Press the Menu button.
• Select to uninstall the game.
• Wait until the game is completely unsintalled.
• Press and hold the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off completely.
  
• Leave the console off for 3 minutes.
• Power the console on.
• Reinstall the game.

Hello Mister Cerb. Just a quick question. Will there be an update regarding all these issues? I've noticed you telling people to uninstall and reinstall games, shutting the console down, unplugging, etc.

I'm just wondering if these issues are being addressed, or is constantly shutting down my console, unplugging, and uninstalling games is what I'll have to keep doing from here on out. I love my Xbox One, when it works. However it doesn't always work. And
that's a problem. Just a very buggy system.

 

I'll be honest with you guys. 2K is just completely wrecked. I'm seriously thinking of trading it , no returning it, as far as I'm concerned it's a flawed product and regardless of it being opened or not is a return for me for money back or at the very least
store credit.

Nba 2k 15 will say loading game updates and it never loads then I try signing out of Xbox live and it comes up and says loading shoe data then freezes. I have no clue how to fix it. What should i do??
