Will i ever get notified about my report being looked at?

I understand your position but it only remains to block and report so that the community stays as soon as possible without these people.

Every report is looked at, but they don't notify you of what happens. Occasionally you may receive a thank you message for reporting someone, but that is rare.

The reporting system is how you e-mail Microsoft about the issue, actually. Reports are reviewed by a team called Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET). They can see all sorts of information not visible to the rest of us. They have the power to
suspend users based on the evidence their own posts provide.
