    Navigating bug


    hello Xbox support, my Xbox is having a glitch or some bug where when I’m navigating my way through my party or my games and apps or anything non-in game related, I don’t really know what to call it but when I’m moving around my hilghlighter will move really,
    really fast around. I can barely handle navigating. Please help, if anyone has a solution please respond.

    Hi there,

    With the recent migration of the Xbox forums over to the answers.microsoft.com the closest you'll get is Xbox > Games & Apps.

    You may find a thread dedicated to a specific game, but not a section per game like there was before.

    Hi

    If you have not already done so can you please try a full console restart as this will quite often help in this situation. To restart the console press the Xbox button on the controller to bring up the guide then select the system tab on the right and you
    should see the restart option here.

    Hope its worth it a lot of these so called apps are full of bugs youtube being the worst app with the amount of bugs that has half the video don't even load for me and the navigation menu just stops appearing forcing me to dashboard.

    Hello again, thanks for the feedback, and that's really weird, if the full reset didn't solve the issue, it might be some bug that came in the last update.

    However does this affect gameplay in any way, or navigation in console menus?

    Cant invite anyone to a game on xbox one.

    Usually when I get this bug/error I navigate to my Network Settings and from there go to Advanced Setting and proceed to Alternate MAC Address and click on clear and once my console restarts it always works for me

    [/quote]I really didn't know people were having issues. There seems to be a lot of issues/bugs with the new forums. The old forums were fine with me. They seemed to move quicker and be easier to navigate. I'm sure the bugs will be worked out in
    time.
