Navegador Edge en Xbox one X y la reproduccion de videos online. (Edge browser on Xbox one X ...

Hola a todos, desde hace un par de actualizaciones del año pasado he visto como ha desmejorado el navegador de la Xbox one X y antes de esta cuando tenia la Xbox one S a que me refiero simple estoy viendo algun video, serie o pelicula de cualquier pagina
que use html5 y diferentes servidores y siempre a los 10-15 minutos de reproduccion el navegador crashea y se cierra si lo vuelves abrir y pones el mismo video tarda menos de 10 min en dar el mismo error y asi hasta que sucede cada vez que pasan 3 minutos
o asi, quisiera saber si esto es intencionado por parte de Microsoft o si tiene solucion de algun tipo, parte de tener una xbox es de poder usarla como centro multimedia de todo sin tener que usar la pc pero este problema es bastante pesado.

Video streaming quits on Microsoft Edge & internet browser

Has anyone else had an issue where Microsoft Edge quits during video playback? I was watching an online movie today from a website I've been using for years when Edge suddenly quit. I cleared the Cache on my Xbox one and removed all history and checked the
settings tab on Edge but nothing has solved this? I then downloaded a 3rd party app (Internet browser is its name off the XBO store) and tried the same website and video and yet again the video quits.....I have tried other sites and video too but this still
happens.

Is there a new feature in the latest update that stops you watching online content using Edge or a third party browser?

Hi Froilan,

I'm sorry to hear that didn't resolve it.

In this occasion I would suggest for you to try a
Soft Factory Reset.

Make sure that before doing this step, that you know your account and Wi-Fi information before doing this step.

If this doesn't resolve it, the next step would be to do the
Full Factory Reset.

Hi the problem continue, im have the same issue in my old xbox one s and now im have on mi xbox one X this “solutions” dosent resolve anything.

I need a good explain about why this issue appears and a specific solution not a generic one.

• Are you trying to stream movies using the Microsoft Edge app on HTML 5 server websites?

Thanks but the low quality is not the problem like you say i try to streaming movies on edge browser and passed 10 minutes the app crash always i try on diferents pages and servers and allways get this issue.

Im download another browser and the problem its the same i think is something in the xbox one s/x software.

The problem isn't the console the website you are streaming the movies, videos is not compatible with the xbox software. I used these websites at times for certain videos and have encountered the same issue. I understand the Xbox console is supposed to be
like a multimedia device like a PC. But in fact it isnt a pc and software is different. For this reason if you want to watch these without issues I recommend a PC. This app is the one that is compatible with the Xbox

Movies and Tv.

Bffff im surrender microsoft sells me xbox like a multimedia center for spce problems im dont have pc im posting now from my cellphone for example.

html5 is universal if you say the problem is software could be a codecs problem or similar. For microsoft is a easy problem to fix in fact in 2016 with my xbox one S this issue dosent exist after some updates on xbox one windows 10 this problem came out
and still remains on xbox one x
