NAT Type: Unavailable

I have had this problem for such a long time and it's getting extremely frustrating!

For the longest time, like 3-4 months.. me and my friends simply can't talk to each other.

We can join each others' games, all of us can play multiplayer.. but we can't talk to each other using the party chat and the in-game chat. I live in Egypt and all of my friends do as well apart from one friend that lives in New York and sometimes I can
actually talk with him on party chat but when I can, I can't talk to my friends in Egypt. It's so ****** up. My NAT Type has always, always been Open.. and even when I open games like Call of Duty where it tells you what kind of NAT Type you have, they always
tell me I have an Open Nat Type and this is getting extremely frustrating. I know this is a problem with my network and I don't have a Utility Pad. How do I know this is a network problem? When I used my personal hotspot on my phone, my NAT Type was moderate
and I could talk on the party chat.

This problem is getting very annoying and we are like 8 people who always play together. We couldn't because of the party chat being so annoying and before that summer, we were playing together for like 2+ years almost daily. Now we can't and we're seriously
thinking about selling XB1 and getting a PS4. When I test MP connection, it says a problem about Teredo. Plus a friend of mine got his PS4 here (using the exact same network) and it worked...

My NAT type is not working, I just got a new modem from Comcast, and now the NAT type is unavailable. Any suggestions?
