NAT Type: Unavailable. Service info is unavailable

I take my xbox to school and bring it back home when I head home and now it won't connect to live. I check my network settings and it says "NAT Type: Unavailable" and "Service info is unavailable". I've never had this problem before and I can't seem to fix
it. I've restarted my xbox, disconnected my account and it won't allow me to reconnect to my account because of this issue. It says I'm connected to the internet but I keep getting errors for when I test a multiplayer connection. Please Help!

Have you tried to power cycle your internet modem and router to see if that helps yet?
