a reset of the router should help . If not give your supplier a call , they can hopefully check your router out and make sure its not faulty 👍

try factory reseting the router/modem then the NAT problem should be fixed

Something wrong with the router might have to check it out and also try disconnecting from the internet and reconnecting and do a Power cycle on the Xbox One

Try some free dns servers change settings might help
