    Nat type Unavailable during setup


    My nat type is unavailable and I can’t setup the Xbox because I tried to reset it to fix it. I thought all I needed was to update it because it wouldn’t let me finish setup without updating, so I performed an offline update.
    ThoughI quickly realized that it was just looking for updates and it used the “There was a problem with the update” error, even though it didn’t even find an update, because the nat type was unavailable. Please help.

    I did and the problem still exist ,I don’t know if this problem caused by dynamic ip and should I have static ip from isp ,whatever I tried to get static up from isp and they told we can’t give you static ip !!
    No, the static IP from ISP depends on the provider (which many times offers it for a fee). Rather, you should try setting up a static IP on the console and using google DNS (eg 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).
