    NAT type unavailable after update from insider


    After I got the update from the insider program for the Xbox original avatars my Xbox’s NAT type was stuck on unavailable. I called Xbox support and they were unable to fix the problem. They suggested I post on here. I have multiples Xbox’and the other two
    are working fine.

    My NAT type is not working, I just got a new modem from Comcast, and now the NAT type is unavailable. Any suggestions?

    My xbox has been saying that my NAT type is unavailable after the latest update. I can’t sign into my account or do anything. Is anyone else having this problem?

    The only one I specifically remember is that I cleared the Blu-ray persistent storage three times then unplugged my xbox from the wall for three minutes. The guy that I talked to said that we tried the basic workarounds for this problem. We also tried multiple
    times to unplug it from the wall and that did nothing for my xbox.

    I understand that your xbox nat type says unavailable and will not let you go online
