    one minute i was just fine...the next im disconnected from party chat and this is 3 days now. was hoping it would solve it self but now i need help...what exactly do i do about this? pleaase help.

    i tried this to no avail. is there anything else i can do?
    Do you have a Home screen on the console after you reset it?

    Can you sign in?

    Have you power cycled your network gateway/router/modem?

    I have tried all of this as well and my NAT type is still unavailable, it says it cant find a teredo ip

    PatGottem    ,

    Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
    reset     on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]
    Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. This will
    reset the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up.
