    NAT-type / Teredo problems


    My son is having NAT problems with his Xbox series X.

    He is having trouble hosting games etc, and when we check the network settings on the Xbox it seems to be problems with NAT/Teredo (unavalible/ cant get Teredo IP adress). We dont know when the problems started as he began hosting just yesterday.

    Our setup is as following:

    Fibermodem - (ethernetcabel) - Google Wifi (unit1) - (ethernetcabel) - Netgear gigabitSwitch

    Netgear GigabitSwitch -(ethernetcabel)-Google Wifi (unit2)

    Netgear GigabitSwitch -(ethernetcabel)-Google Wifi (unit3)

    Netgear GigabitSwitch -(ethernetcabel)-Google Wifi (unit4)

    The Xbox is at the moment connected to internet by WiFi, but we have also tried to connect it by ethernet directly to one of the Google Wifi units (unit 3) (which was connected by mesh at the test)

    We also have another Xbox X connected (wifi), but it is turned off at the moment. Also som other equipment, both wired and by wifi (appleTv, phones, computers etc)

    I have tried different solutions found on internet ( permanent ip adress, open port88, 500, 3544, 4500, 3074, 53, 80 on the Google Wifi) but to no avail....

    When he connect the Xbox using his phone as hotspot the NAT/Teredo seems to work but the connection is unstable. Seems to me that the Google Wifi is the problem?

    And as information, we live in Sweden if it is som local problem with XboxLive or something

    I am not an expert in computers or networking, so i really need help on a basic level.

    Anyone have a clue what to try next?

    Hello! There is a problem with the game Forza Horizon 4 in PC.

    Well, now we know the issue lies. Mate, actually, if those ports are open, and all the settings set, I do not know for know what might be causing this issue on the Google Wi-Fi. I'll do a quick search for it online.

    I do think so, but actually the modem you could configure through its IP address on the browser, but if you don't know how to, I do advise you contact your ISP, since they could do it in no time. :)

    I'm not much familiar with the Google Wi-Fi, does it have a support team for it?
