    How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?: 1

    Wired or wireless (for each console): Wired

    Things you have tried: Port forwarding(virtual servers), energy saving XBONE, enabling DMZ, diabling firewall, almost literally anything and everything I can possibly think of.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown No

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Strict

    Any Error Codes you encounter: Your network is behind a port-preserving port symmetric NAT

    Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): Time Warner Cable

    Xbox One NAT type: Strict.... Help

    If it's still strict after you open the proper ports, try resetting your modem and router, then hard reset your console.

    This site will help you open the right ports
    Open Port

    Just select your router and follow the instructions. Do not download anything from the site, it's not necessary. It's a safe site, but port forwarding manually is very easy.

    im having the same issue with this gateway im from Orange County Ca and have TWC and its hard wired XBONE and ive done DMZ with static im starting to think its that arris

    Okay, it may be down to your NAT Type being strict or moderate. Have a look at the

    Nat Type Strict (Or Moderate)     to find out if you have a strict or moderate NAT Type, and how to resolve it.
