Thanks for replying and keeping us updated. Sorry to hear that despite your troubleshooting and port forwarding, that your NAT remains strict. If you've already exhausted the Xbox
One Multiplayer Game Solution options, then you would need to contact your ISP for further assistance. It is possible that your network hardware needs an update or replacing, or your IP address may be a private one, rather than a public one, which would
cause these types of issues.

Please be sure that you've exhausted all possible solutions from the wizard as well.
