Nat type strict on xbox one,moderate on cod bo3.

Called AT&T,my sip,no help at all told me to contact Microsoft,can't even call them,option not available so started a chat,rep unable/not knowledgeable enough to help either.Not a technical person,who can help,just want to play my game.

Why is my xbox one nat type always strict? It's never strict on my 360, in fact it's hardly ever even moderate.

Okay, it may be down to your NAT Type being strict or moderate. Have a look at the

Nat Type Strict (Or Moderate) to find out if you have a strict or moderate NAT Type, and how to resolve it.

Was on the phone with AT&T most of the morning,and then chatting with a Microsoft rep for 2hrs and still no resolution.All the ports are open,upon enabled,did everything they said,makes me question why they have jobs if they can't fix a simple issue.$500
for a halo xbox and $60.00 a month for internet's like a waste.

 

The same exact thing is happening to me TWC opened all the ports and nat type was still strict and microsoft didnt help much either.

Hi we have the same issue, we have three xbox ones two are open but one is strict how can this be?

So we can best help out please create a new thread detailing the issue. Also share what type of network hardware you're using, as some network hardware has trouble connecting multiple consoles at once.

 

Sorry I'm not tech Savoy and don't know how to do this.My ISP(att) won't help anymore said they did all they can do,tell Microsoft to help you.I'm not in a happy place with xbox anymore.
