    My nat type is open but i still got a error and im not able to play multiplayer.

    Can someone help me?

    geen verbinding xbox live

    we hebben twee xbox 360 systemen waarvan er een wel kan ingelogd worden op xbox live en de ander niet op het zelfde account. alles uitgevoerd fabrieksinstellingen opnieuw ingesteld op niet wekende xbox en ng steeds geen verbinding met xbox live. volgens
    xbox router opnieuw opgestart nog steeds geen verbinding met xbox live te krijgen tweede systeem kan ik nog wel op inloggen. wie kan mij helpen. MVG Paul

    De errorcode kan inderdaad veel zeggen over de mogelijk oorzaak van het probleem, dus als je nog steeds last hebt laat dan de code even weten.

    En als je geen last meer hebt, dan horen wij dat ook graag.

    just to be sure, do you have a valid Gold subscription?

    You should be able to check that at
    http://account.microsoft.com/services

    If the subcription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
      Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
    3. Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    ik heb rond 10 juni een controller bij design lab gekocht en betaald, via ideal.

    ik heb meerdere keren contact gehad met microsoft. maar geen order nummer, dus geen controller onderweg. wel 24 juni een mail gekregen over refund. zou 14 dagen duren. maar nu is het 14 juli en nog steeds geen geld of controller. er zitten fouten zitten in de xbox design lab website. maar na een maand is er blijkbaar nog niet veel opgelost.

    Nat Type is open. Testing nat type says its open, Testing multiplayer connection shows no issues either
