Nat Type open. Multiplayer connection failure though says something about Teredo.

I have sat with EA i have sat with multiple people hours on end today trying to figure this out nothing justifies its means. At this very moment xbox support has failed me 1000% of the way and im fed up with this. I have perfect connection my nat type is
open but i cannot hear no one in parties and i cannot play multiplayer games with other people such as FIFA 15 Ultimate team/Seasons. Now ive reset my router and modem many times. Which of mine is a netgear which isnt lsted under specfifc routers. I was playing
my xbox one last night and i got off for a few hours i get back on to reset up my ultimate i finished and was ready to play had lost connection to host happens once ina while but when it happened 30times in a row oh i thought nat type must be strict soon to
find it was open...>>>>>OPEN<<<<<<. This is absolute blasphemy that in 3hrs xbox goes from High and mighty to hey im just gunna quit on you because hey i can. I need real solutions not ( go check out this guide im sure it will help you like the other several
million people that it kind of didnt help but hey go there anyways) no this solution shouldve been solved 4months ago as ive seen older posts of my problem but no post with a problem in which their nat type is OPEN but their muliplayer connection is tanked.
Status code 0x40000000000 NAT type open cone something 20mbps download 3mbps upload 1% packet loss. I think the problem is not me. If anyone can help please i begith of you.

Need with with NAT Type setting

when I test my multiplayer connection or nat type it says Cannot get Teredo IP Address can anyone help??

 

For some reason party took too long to start

Right, I've checked my NAT type on my console and it says that "your network is behind a firewall(or not connected). I hadn't realized that I can't play multiplayer aswell, until yesterday. When I check my multiplayer connection it says it can't get a Teredo
IP address. I've tried enabling and disabling UPnP but the same message still appears. My friend's NAT types are all open.

 

incompetent no one can answer this and its onl 6:30 on a tuesday.

 

When did these issues start?

What make and model is the router your using netgear is half the equation what model is it?

Are you wifi or wired?

Also losing packets means that's either your wire is really bad, your equipment is going, or their servers. I would tend to believe it's them but I am not willing to jump to that conclusion until the above is answered.

Also run some pings from your computer if you will go to start menu then type cmd in the search bar that will open a command prompt. then type ping www.bing.com -t

Let that run for awhile and see if you lose any packets. If you lose no packet just close that window and report that here.

go to that website and see how you size up. If everything checks out then we can go back to your router the Nat says open but you cannot hear anything that's usually port 3045-3047 that xbox uses for voice. You may have to forward some ports. Xbox may be
determining your Nat to be open on specific ports and not all of them. Which is misleading but it may be the case. Also it may be a good idea to reserve your xbox's IP on your router that way the Nat does not change.
