    NAT type not showing up


    All of a sudden I randomly can't view what my NAT type is and I can't play any games online. After testing the network connection it says everything is fine, but the multiplayer connection won't work. I've even tried the trick where you hold all triggers/bumpers
    after running a test and it still won't tell me anything about my NAT type or even help slightly. The most information i can get is that I'm getting status code 0x40000000000, and apparently my router is behind a firewall, but even when I try disabling
    the firewall it still says this. Also when I try signing in, none of my profiles will display their gamerpic. If anyone is able to help it would be greatly appreciated, I'm using an ethernet cable to connect and I've tried multiple methods concerning similar
    issues including port-forwarding and checking router settings, clearing the MAC address and quite a few more

    STRICT NAT TYPE

    Xbox One Nat type issues. me and my housemate, both have strict nat types on Advanced warfare. i have opened up the required ports but is still showing strict for both of us.we have a wireless connection.

    Generally that error is in regards to NAT type, what does your NAT type show up as under network settings?

    I haven't looked myself but have heard that CoD Ghosts has it's own NAT type within the game that may be seperate from the console, ie console shows NAT type open but the game shows it as strict. Trying looking when u are in the multiplayer menu and see
    if it shows a strict NAT type.

    Not receiving Party or game invites. Unable to find games on Dying light. But able to send invites and people can join me.

    Nat Type is open. Testing nat type says its open, Testing multiplayer connection shows no issues either

    Hey there Lupo539.

    If it's only with this one friend, it sounds like there may be some type of NAT issue interfering. Are you able make sure that your friend's NAT type is showing up as open? If their NAT is anything other than open, have them run this this

    NAT troubleshooter     to see if that helps.
