    Hey Xbox one forum readers,

    I have a problem with my nat-type.

    when i open my network settings it says "nat-type: not available".

    i opened all the ports for a open nat type and i turned ipv6 off (i have a fritzbox router).

    I also tried a hard reset of my xbox and i changed my DNS settings to primair 8.8.8.8 and secundair to 8.8.4.4

    But it keeps saying that my nat type is not available.

    I hope someone can help me Nat type: not available :)

    Xbox NAT Type: Unavailable

    Have you tried testing your NAT type in the network settings?

    Mine normally starts at moderate and after I press the 'test nat type' button twice it will change to open, hopefully this will work for you as well.
    Ive tried that and it still says NAT Type: Unavailable and yes i have reset my router to no avail.
