    NAT TYPE:moderate Service info unavailable


    Just Today when im playing my gf accidentally turn off the switch of the xbox and when i try to open it again

    this what happen and it is asking me for subscription but i have 1month more and i can download the free games from gold

    but i cant open multiplayer games and connection test how to fix this?

    I can't do anything like play any games it just say in my network settings: Wired IPv4 NAT Type: Unavailable Service info: Unavailable. What do I do

    Can't connect to Xbox Live - "Service info is unavailable"

    I can't connect to XBL. Connection test is fine "everything is good" but it says "Service info is unavailable" in my network setting below where it says nat type: open. Any suggestions? I was playing AW and my controller froze. Restarted my system and now this.

    While I did not have the problem with Gold, I did have the same exact problem with Multiplayer games and Connection test. I tried almost everything, but one thing I did notice is when it worked for a second, it told me that a port was missing. What I did
    to fix it was to go to forums.xbox.com/xbox_support/networking-hardware/default.aspx and follow the instructions for my router to update my interface. The update should provide all ports needed for multiplayer connection. Whether or not this is a case-by-case
    fix is unknown to me, but this is what I did. It will require a restart for your router, but will not affect anything on it.

    I'm having the exact same problem and I've tried power cycling my modem and still have not been able to solve the issue

    Have you tried to power cycle your internet modem and router to see if that helps yet?
