NAT Type issues

Hello!

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble partying up with your friends in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 even though your NAT type is OPEN. Do you have issues with other games playing multiplayer
with friends? If you don't I would recommend contacting the
Call of Duty Black Ops IIII Community and see if there is any more information or if this is a known issue. Let us know with a reply how it goes

The NAT type is based on your network configuration especially with your router settings. Since you mentioned that you've already reset both your router and Xbox, the best option here is to try switching your network from wired to wireless or if possible, try using a different router. You could also try using your mobile data hotspot to isolate the issue.

If nothing is working, you would need to configure your router manually using the port forwarding feature. You may ask assistance from your ISP if you don't know how to access those settings on your router. Your issue will be the Speedstream it actually uses NAT as well so you are "double natting" take a look at this FAQ:-
