    NAT type is Moderate and UPNP is not available


    I have two Xbox Ones at home. One is a One S and one is just a One. When I play Xbox on one my brother plays on the other. The problem is in the setting. When I go to networking it says NAT type moderate and UPNP is not available. This has recently showed
    up. My brother and I used to be able to play without any NAT problems but now this pops up and we cannot for example connect with friends on GTA Online.

    Nat type/ Upnp issues.

    who can i call about console issues .... Upnp is always not successful and nat type is always moderate or strict.
