NAT TYPE ERROR

Hello,

I am experiencing a pretty ugly error for the past 3 months, since I bought Forza Horizon 5, I am unable to play it multiplayer, every fix that I've tryed was not working, from the day I bought it it wasn't connecting me to online, actualy this is strange, because I only once got connected for like 30 minutes? Started cruising with a player and suddenly everyone dissapeared, the marks on the map from the players, the actual players, and through all of that, if I try to hop on forza horizon 4, multiplayer/online works.

Not to mention the terrible forza support, that was not helping and just keep on giving me the same exact responses, not a unique one, like I was talking to a bot, and then, after posting a report about them and the way they "support", reporting about the way forza support handles things, and is unable to help, I am unable to use forza support Yeah, that's cool, after all this time-17th of november when I first wrote to support I am trying to fix it by myself, because nothing worked,.. They even sent me to xbox and they was stating that is an issue in-game, while forza was stating that is not a in-game issue. Now that's a situation..

However, now what I've noticed is that sometimes the NAT TYPE from Settings>Gaming it sometimes shows Terredo is unable to qualify, and if I refresh it, it goes to moderate, while the server conectivity is unchanged from connected, so nothing wrong there. If I refresh it for a couple more times it reapears as being the terredo, then changes again to moderate, but never shows up as open.

Maybe theres a connection between forza and nat type(?!?!) and that's why I'm presenting the whole situation. Hope that maybe someone could help me
