NAT type changes to STRICT every day. (Please help)

Every day, when I try to play my xbox one online, my NAT type is strict. Then I have to log into my router, turn off UpNp, then turn off the router and the xbox. Then turn them all back on, then turn UpNp back on, and then restart everything again in order
to get it to OPEN. Does anyone know why this is happening? I can't really use port forwarding because I have a lot of devices (every console ever made, ever) And they are all in the same room. The Xbox One and PS4 both have wired connection to the router.
The PS4's NAT type never changes (please don't flame me for mentioning PS4, I only mention it so that I'm explaining everything)

What can I do to fix this. Its really annoying, especially when I have guests over and we want to play a game and I have to do this process again and again. I have a verizon router.

You don't say what router you have. But your router should have a setting that reserves an IP address for a specific device.

It can be called address reservation or DHCP reservation.

You should use this setting to reserve an IP address for your xbox one as the problem could be caused by the router giving the xbox a different IP address every time you switch on which can cause mapping conflicts if your router has poor UPnP support.

Another possibility is your router has poor UPnP support and can't handle multiple games consoles requiring the same ports open. As the 360, xbox one and activision games on ps3 and ps4 require port 3074 you can get mapping conflicts causing NAT issues.

Ive had this myself with previous routers i've owned due to the fact i own all 4 consoles.

So post the make and model of your router to see if anyone can confirm whether it has multi console support or not.
