NAT type behind restricted address

Discus and support NAT type behind restricted address in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have rebooted my arrisTG1672 reset my Xbox and used alternate MAC..have ran the diagnostic test and it a showing "open" but "behind a restricted NAT...     NAT type behind restricted address


    I have rebooted my arrisTG1672 reset my Xbox and used alternate MAC..have ran the diagnostic test and it a showing "open" but "behind a restricted NAT type address"..please help. I cannot host or join party

    Question about my detailed NAT

    My NAT is open by my detailed nat info says "your network is behind an address-restricted NAT. Thats fine right?

    Can change Nat type from mod to open

    well update i replaced the ethernet cable and it now says im behind a cone NAT rather than a restricted nat type

    The IP addresses are not the same.

    I assigned my console's IP address in the DMZ of my router and I disabled UPnP. My xbox now said: your network is behind a port restricted NAT. So I tried portforwarding again and now I have an open NAT-type! Thank you very much.

    I have the same problem, I get open Nat and I get the message your Network is behind address restricted Nat. I don't have a problem playing online but I can't talk in party chat

    "unable to connect to world" writes 1-2 to my friends when they try to join me.

    There are different types of NAT (Network Address Translation) that can exist in a network, but one common way to identify if you are behind a NAT is to check the IP address assigned to your Android device.

    Open the Settings app on your Android device.

    Tap on "About phone" or "About device."

    Look for the "IP address" or "Wi-Fi IP address" section. Note down the IP address assigned to your device.

    Go to a computer or another device that is connected to the same network as your Android device and open a web browser.

    In the address bar, type the IP address you noted down in step 3 and press Enter.

    If you can access a website or service on the device, then you are not behind a NAT. However, if you cannot access the website or service, it is likely that you are behind a NAT.

    remember that both need to perform the tests and have the same NAT to play together
