What Country/State/Province do you live in? South Carolina, USA

    Modem brand & model number:

    Router brand & model number:

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?
NAT Strict. When I forward ports , "Can't get Teredo IP" occurs.

    Any Error Codes you encounter:

NAT Strict: Tried many solutions, but still stumped

Modem brand & model number: SMC Networks SMCD3GN2-BIZ

Router brand & model number: Belkin N300 F9k1002V4

    Wired connection, have tried wireless.

What I have tried: Forwarded all necessary ports, DMZ settings, Clearing cache/hard reset, Plugged the Ethernet cable directly into the modem(Gateway?) and could get the NAT to moderate and make it playable, Plugged the cable into the router and get teredo
and unable to finish multiplayer tests issues.

    UPNP: UPNP is enabled

Note: When I plug the Ethernet cable into the Modem, the IP address is 192.168.44.3 which is the same as the default gateway for the Belkin router. The Belkin IP is 192.168.2.6. These are the automatic IPs used on the xbox and also the ones I used for forwarding.

Initial diagnosis: double NAT, which prevents you from getting open NAT. Your "modem" appears to be a gateway (modem+router), which if so creates a problematic double NAT situation. To verify double NAT is the issue, please log in to the web interface
of your router and note the WAN/Internet IP it reports (WAN IP, not the LAN IP!). If that IP differs from the one reported by
Trace My IP | IP Address Tracker | IP Tracer | Computer Hardware IP Visitor Location, then your Xbox is behind multiple layers of NAT (double NAT) and getting open NAT will require special steps.

Basically, you have 3 options. One, you can put the gateway in bridge mode (Google the model of your gateway plus the words "bridge mode" and you will probably find instructions). Once you do that, if you have DSL, you will need to configure your router
to perform the DSL login (via PPPoE etc.) using the login/password from your ISP. Otherwise, you will not have Internet access. If you have cable, you should be good to go. Once routing has been disabled on the gateway, use your router to forward ports
    via UPnP, manually, etc.

Two, as an alternative to placing the gateway in bridge mode, which can be complex for the inexperienced, you can try putting the WAN IP of your router in the DMZ on the gateway then use your router to forward ports via UPnP, manually, etc.

Three, you can get rid of the gateway and replace it with a modem-only device instead.

The Xbox support site actually has a decent guide for NAT problems:

Have you tried checking your NAT type?

Sometimes, parties have technical issues due to a strict NAT type.

    Hope this helps! :)
