i have a new msi infinite a 8sd 499EU,

is pre-installed Windows 10 home editoin, i have afirewall activeted,and have apply a dmz on my ip computer, but i have ever Nat strict

Check with your ISP for manuals on your hardware / router so you can reset it, seems like a problem with it

You may benefit from resetting your router.

1) Unplug the router from its power source for 60 seconds 2) Plug the router back in and wait for all of the lights to reappear 3) Reconnect to your network

Depending on the Router/Gateway you have you can typically log into the settings yourself and activate UPnP. If all else fails you could contact your ISP as there's a good chance that it isn't you, it's them or their gear.

Future Boots

Are you playing on Windows 10? If so, you might have issues joining multiplayer games if you do not have the Windows Firewall enabled. On Xbox, I would check your NAT settings in Settings > Network Settings. If it is strict or moderate you maybe able
to fix it by rebooting your router and doing a full power cycle on the xbox.
