    I suggest that you reset your console to factory settings, and let us know how that goes.

    Taidara i still having this issue , i cant seem to get it to Open NAT. i called my internet provider and the modem is open. no restrictions. i called netgear they are trying to charge me. i mean i dont know what else to do. i cant playing online on any games
    it is ridiculous.

    How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?: 1 Xbox one

    Wired or Wireless (for each console): wireless

    Things you have tried: xbox chat, xbox troubleshooting , port forwarding

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: yes

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: strict ( your network is behind a firewall)

    Any Error Codes you encounter: cant get teredo IP

    Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): Atlantic Broadband

    i did all of that before and nothing, i mean i have tried kind of everything that you can name.

    i dont have a Ethernet cable thats long enough, my xbox is in the living room. the modem is in the room

    i have a Arris CM820, my internet provider just in case is atlantic broadband. Router is a Netgear WNR2000v4 :)

    i do the multiplier test and i always get cant get a teredo IP address

    Can you visit the Netgear website and make sure your wireless router (model - & hardware revision number) is up-to-date with the latest version of firmware.

    Reset your router back to factory settings, and reconfigure your routers wireless settings (SSID, WPA2 with AES enryption, and passphrase/password).

    At this stage, don't do Port Forwarding. Instead, let UPnP handle the automatic process of forwarding network ports used by Xbox Live services.

    Make sure your consoles network settings are set to obtain IP configuration automatic.

    Also, if your consoles Power mode settings are set to Instant-On, change to Energy-saving mode instead.
